If you want to get to know Poland, this is a place where it all starts. We invite you to explore our country from the cooking side. Our cuisine is full of unique flavour combinations. Did you know that żurek with white sausage, which impresses its original taste, comes from Poland?

Each region has a different history and various combinations of flavours, and we offer what Krakow is famous for. We mainly associate Krakow cuisine with pierogi and maczanka po krakowsku (slices of pork stewed in spices, layered with bread in an aromatic caraway sauce). You will be able to make these classic dishes yourself during our cooking workshops.

Speaking of Polish cuisine, we cannot ignore another very important thing that Poland is famous for.  These are liqueurs, which will also be available for tasting during our classes. We invite you on a journey through Polish flavours, full of aroma, taste, heart and fresh herbs.

We would like to invite everyone who would like to get to know Polish food and dishes. Our English-speaking chef will help you prepare typical Polish dishes.
